The Founder
Meet Victoria Smith, the creative force behind Le Girlie and the queen of unique style in Waco, Texas!
From her early days of raiding her mom's closet to sporting unique OOTDs at school, Victoria's love for fashion was evident from the start. After earning her stripes at Texas State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Business, Victoria kicked off her career as a television host on a home shopping channel. But her heart belonged to the dynamic world of fashion, where she dabbled in everything from wholesale to buying to trend forecasting.Â
With the industry involving quite a bit of travel she decided it was her time to navigate the wild ride of motherhood. Throughout her journey as a new mom, Victoria's entrepreneurial spirit never dimmed. She found solace in creating custom collaged denim jackets for friends and family, sparking a dream of her own boutique. Life had other plans, leading her to the unexpected delight of Dreamy Picnics—a luxury picnic service that adds a sprinkle of whimsy to Waco.
But Victoria's creative energy couldn't be contained. What started as picnics blossomed into a passion for personalized trucker hats and sourcing unique pieces. Now, armed with her dream and a desire to empower women and girls to chase their own dreams, Victoria's on a mission to make unique style accessible to all. With her infectious enthusiasm and eye for the extraordinary, Victoria is proof that dreams can come true, one picnic blanket and custom hat at a time!
