  • Custom Orders- Our custom-designed products require time to craft specifically for you. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for custom orders to be processed and shipped. This time frame may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
  • In-Stock Items- For items that are not custom-made, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer a variety of shipping methods. The available options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, and destination of your order.
     

Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders- Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. All clothing items will be shipped directly from our supplier overseas. Please see International Orders for more shipping details.
  • International Orders- International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery, though delivery times may be longer depending on customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • In the case of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery.

Important Notes

  • Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us if you need your order faster than the standard processing time.
