Le Girlie Customized Item Return and Refund Policy:

  1. Custom Designs: All custom-designed products are made specifically for you, and as such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
  2. No Refunds: Due to the nature of our custom-made items, all purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of any changes in preference or order errors.
  3. Product Quality: We take great care in crafting each product to meet your specifications. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  4. Order Confirmation: We encourage you to review all details of your order before finalizing your purchase. Once confirmed, no modifications can be made.

Le Girlie Clothing Return & Exchange Policy- Not Customized

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit and exchanges on unworn, undamaged items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for a store credit only.
  • If the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you. shoplegirlie@gmail.com

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we will gladly assist if the size is available.
  • If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue you store credit for the amount of the original purchase.

Store Credit:

  • If your return or exchange is eligible but the size isn’t available, or if you prefer not to exchange, you will receive store credit for the full purchase amount.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases and will not expire.

  • Sale items, final sale, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
